Strategic Leadership

The teachings in this workshop will provide you with a framework that will improve every one of your relationships and pave the way to greater levels of goodwill and trust.

At the completion of this workshop participants will be able to:

  • Become versed in the strengths and challenges of the 4 key communication or engagement styles – or the way others see our behaviors.
  • Recognize their own preferred communication style, its strengths as well as shortcomings and how to maximize the strengths and minimize the negative effect of the weaknesses.
  • Identify the most effective approaches for communicating with the distinctive engagement style of others to persuade and increase the collaboration with others in getting the job done, whether it’s for their organization or for the client.
  • Identify the typical barriers to effective communication and collaboration, as well as practice using strategies to overcome them.
  • Interact with leaders and fellow staff who have experienced this course to strategically integrate the learning into a shared corporate vision to move everyone into the direction of a high performance organization.

Performance Critical Management

The Performance Critical Program is an initiative designed to implement the PERFORMANCE CRITICAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM™ in a manner that generates immediate and long lasting success.

The high-level steps required in this implementation include the alignment of the cultural, strategic, tactical and political elements of the organization. These organizational elements provide the frame for the transitional learning required at the leadership, management and front line levels. The learning is custom designed to the specific performance challenges and needs of the organization.

This workshop will be customized to your specific organizational challenges at the leadership, management and front line levels, showing you how to:

  • Address performance values throughout the hierarchy of the organization (cultural)
  • Set and connect individual accountabilities to strategic direction (strategic)
